Carnitas Del Bajío

Super friendly environment and clean establishment. We placed our order for a family of four and received our food in a very reasonable timing given that they prepare food as you order. We also felt the pricing was very reasonable for what we ordered, we will definitely be going back to try other items in their menu.

Loved the food. It was fantastic. Very tasty and authentic. The service was excellent. Location was great, convenient and very clean. Atmosphere was great. It was calm and peaceful. I definitely would recommend to anyone to go to this establishment.

The food was amazing. The carnitas are delicious and they taste like home made. I can’t emphasize how delicious their food is. If you are looking for Mexican food that tastes like homemade you need to go to Carnitas El Bajio.

Truly an incredible burrito was served with generosity and pride by one of the members of this family run restaurant. She was so cheerful and got us exactly what we wanted which was a special surtida carne with two mixed meats: carnitas and pollo asado. Amazingly delicious, perfectly seasoned and juicy meaty goodness. The Mexican rice was especially tender and flavorful. Pinto beans too. We got the simple burrito and had a wonderful pickled Serrano pepper (maybe jalapeno), carrot and some pico de gallo. Wow is all I can say. The restaurant is spotless and music spot ON. Posters of towns from Guanajuato lined one wall — super nice ambience. Wish they were in my hometown. Muchas gracias para la comida riquisima!

This is my favorite place in Patterson! I tell everyone I know to go here. They have the best carnitas, always moist! Heads up, they are busy on Sundays. I get the best service here also! The staff does a wonderful job!

I was in town visiting and my friend sent to Carnitas Del Bajio to get some burritos for us. The lady at the counter told me it would be a few minutes before they could take my order. It was, but I witnessed why... They were sending out a huge tray of at least a hundred tacos. Impressive in its scope for what appeared to be a small restaurant. Other people started to file in and I was able to order as soon as the truckload of tacos had been served. Our food was made fresh and it was one of the best burritos I've ever eaten. Hot tip: get an extra red sauce. I'm giving CDB five stars all around. The decor could have been a little nicer but really no one cares what the inside of a restaurant looks like as long as the food is slammin'. Y'all have something real and special going on there. The carnitas are to die for. The price has gone up somewhat in the last few years, like everything else, but the family pack will feed more than the 4 it says. I usually eat leftovers for lunch for a few days afterwards. Yumm
